T1: Pfizer FB page had some of the same people commenting negatively. I think both set clear expectations around terms of use. #socpharm

IMHO, whenever you engage with people a percentage of that interaction will be negative. Inevitable, especially 4 a corp #socpharm #socpharm

Sanofi followed very similar process to GSK and Pfizer with clear expectations on TOU and Rules of engagement. #socpharm
